6. Payments and Fees

• Venue hosts may offer free or paid reservations.
• GatherWhere may charge fees for premium listing features or other services, as specified on the platform.
• Payment terms will be specified at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations & Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available if cancellation occurs within 14 days of payment, provided that no listings were made within that period. After 14 days, refunds will only be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen issues on our end (e.g., service interruptions, technical failures).
• Service Interruptions: If a service interruption affects access to GatherWhere for more than 48 hours, users may be eligible for a prorated refund based on downtime and subscription level.
• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not be provided for unused services after the 14-day cancellation window or in cases where a user has violated our terms of service.
• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team within the applicable time frame. We aim to process approved refund requests within 5-10 business days.
• Amendments: GatherWhere reserves the right to adjust this policy as needed.

8. Platform Use

• You agree to use GatherWhere solely for lawful purposes and to respect the rights of other users.
• Any form of spamming, harassment, or abuse is strictly prohibited.
