A short walk from Reading town centre, we are specialists in Great Beer from cask, keg & bottle with an ever-changing range; expect craft beer favourites, Belgian bottles and local classics as well as rotating range of traditional ciders and artisan gins plus stacks of whisky, rum, wine and non-alcoholic offerings including beer, coffee & tea.
We are proud to be a community pub and each month we host an Open Mic, sea-shanty evening, and a folk night. We have recently started a Cider Club and try to run a variety of tastings over the year. There is an active darts team and we have board games and a piano for customers to enjoy.
